'' A good experience can change a person's perspective, values, and even behavior. Especially deep and meaningful experiences can leave permanent marks on people's lives. For example, deep emotional experiences during an exhibition or a performance art event can change the way people think and give them new perspectives. Likewise, travel experiences can broaden people's view of the world by providing the opportunity to meet different cultures and explore new places. Therefore, a good experience can be an important turning point in a person's life and affect him positively. When I'm at work, I dream of people having an experience like this.''

INTENTION

I am happy to have done my work at the Istanbul Archaeological Museum and Istanbul Topkapı Palace museums with a wonderful team under the auspices of Boris Micka.

“Is it possible, in the final analysis, for one human being to achieve perfect understanding of another?
We can invest enormous time and energy in serious efforts to know another person, but in the end, how close can we come to that person's essence? We convince ourselves that we know the other person well, but do we really know anything important about anyone?”
― Haruki Murakami, The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle

POSSIBILITY

We can say that possibilities are at the center of our lives and shape our decisions, thoughts and behaviors.
The experience of meeting a new person is often exciting and intriguing. Communicating with the other person, learning about him/her and establishing a new relationship improves one's social skills and increases communication abilities. At the same time, meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds offers people the opportunity to question and change their own perspectives. This allows people to be more tolerant and understanding.
The possibility of having a different experience enriches a person's life and gives him new skills. For example, learning a branch of art or exploring a different culture can help a person renew and improve himself. Such experiences increase a person's self-confidence and enable him to develop a more positive attitude towards life.
As a result, the possibility of meeting a new person or having a different experience has an important place in a person's life. Such experiences help people discover themselves, see the world from a broader perspective, and make their lives more meaningful. Therefore, people should seize such opportunities and be open to new experiences that will enrich their lives. What I want to do is to be involved in projects that include new experiences.

STORYTELLING
SWORD

The thousands of years of history of the Turkish military include not only victories and struggles, but also values that make these struggles meaningful. Throughout this history, the soldier has been the representative of a belief system, a stance. So, we need to ask: Does the Turkish soldier have a unique culture? Is it just the uniform that distinguishes him from the soldiers of other nations? Or is there a mindset, an understanding that has been carried for centuries?
These questions invite us to understand not only the army, but also the society.
Because military service is a form of behavior. In the Turkish military culture, concepts such as discipline, loyalty, and justice are not only present on the battlefield, but also in the soul of a nation. There is an understanding in this tradition where unity and togetherness are established in the hearts. The soldier is responsible for protecting the homeland against all threats.
However, does this duty fall solely on the soldier?
The army is the most organized part of the state and society. The role of civil society within this whole is to understand and unite around common values. So, what can civilians learn from this structure of the Turkish army? How can its institutional structure, organizational discipline and cultural heritage inspire civil society?
